Don't Let The Ghouls Come Out To Play

When had she ever scooped so low before? This was insane. This was insanity. What the hell was she even doing? But her roommate was really, really bugging her. Especially if Luca fucking Hart was around. No. Rhea couldn't stay in a room with them, that was impossible.

But she hadn't know where else to go. And it was a bit silly. And on the top of that she felt like she needed some alcohol, but she wasn't sure if she had any left in her room or if she wanted to go back in there.

So Rhea'd gone to the first person that popped into her mind who could possibly own alcohol. Evangeline Belle.

Now, Rhea wasn't even sure why she disliked the girl so much and maybe Belle was even growing on her after that one time they'd hung around with Artemis, Theo and Claude. But she was annoyingly pretty and Rhea wasn't so sure if she was taller than her or not, but the brunette didn't like seeming small, which was one of the things she loved about Heather. Why the fuck hadn't she gone to Heather's room? But it was too late now, she had already knocked and now she just had to wait and see if the blonde would be at home.

Evangeline wasn't in a particularly good mood. Her room mate had gone out, and left her on her own. She had just been arguing with her sister, about something stupid that she could barely remember. Recently though, with what had happened with Mariella, she had being snapping at everyone for no reason.

She went to the loose floorboard at the end of her bed, where she had a few bottles of whiskey in case she was ever feeling like this. She knew that Indrazade would probably shout at her for doing it, and even though Evie acted like she didn't care about what her sister thought, she did. Indra was the only one who had stuck with her, despite what she had done.

She unscrewed the top, and took a gulp, wincing as the harsh liquid slipped down her throat. She quickly put the cap back on hiding it under the covers as she heard a knock on the door. She was hoping that it wasn't her sister, as Indrazade would easily be able to smell the slight amount of alcohol that was on her breath. She opened it and was surprised to see that it was Rhea, the girl who she had been out drinking with once.

“What are you doing here?” she asked bluntly, standing in the way of the door so that the younger girl could not just walk in.

Rhea was really starting to second question her decision, she must've been drunk when she decided to go over there. She could've gone to some boys, but no she picked Evangeline. What the hell Capulet? "I have no idea," Rhea replied, one hand on her hip and other hand pushing hair out of her eyes.

She sighed. "I need alcohol." she finally said, pursing her lips a little. "I'm having a really fucking off day and a week and I need a drink and my brother's being unfair so he can't get it for me," Claude isn't talking to me. "And my friends are all not around. So I'm here. You've got booze right?"

She patted on the pocket of her jeans. "I'll pay you. Can I come in?"

Evangeline watched the brunette closely, as she wondered whether she should let her in or not. She was a bit nervous, as when Evie started to drink, she found that she had trouble controlling what she said. Then again, the girl's friend already knew what she had done, so the blonde was wondering if this girl knew anyway.

“Sure, whatever.” she finally decided, walking to the whiskey bottle that she had just hidden. “If you check under the loose floorboard then there is even more.” she told Rhea, collapsing on the bed.

“You must be desperate if you are coming to me for alcohol.” she said, bluntly, knowing that the younger Capulet wasn't really her best friend.

Rhea closed the door behind her, raising her eyebrows a little at 'loose floorboard'. "Alright then..." she trailed off, bending down to find the alcohol in question. "Whiskey?" she raised her eyebrows again, pulling up a bottle and getting it open quickly. "Special taste, but whatever." she downed some of it, feeling much better.

Ugh. Of course she'd say something like that. How was Rhea supposed to respond? "I told you I'm having an off day and I couldn't think of anyone who'd possibly have something or could be bothered to go buy me some." she pouted a little. "My brother's being a drama queen as always. So I figured if anyone would have alcohol lying around other than Theo, it would be you."

Or you know, he was angry at her or disappointed in her for "hurting his best friend" and she didn't really want to think about it. Alcohol would help her forget.

“I can't have Indra- I mean Miss Belle, knowing about my little stash.” Evie explained, finding it strange using the name that she was supposed to call her. Despite the fact she had reached her twenty first birthday, well over a millennium ago, her sister still had difficulty allowing her to drink, and do anything that she allowed herself to do.

Evangeline gave a small snort at how Rhea described whisky. “I'd use the phrase 'acquired taste'.” she said with a shrug. “Theo? Oh he's the hot one right?” Evie asked, not really using any subtlety skills. “What about your other friend? You know, the cute one who was at the night club with us.”

“What's your problem then?” she questioned, finding it easier to think about other peoples issues, rather than her own.

"I can't believe you guys are related," Rhea frowned a little bit. Other than the same last name they didn't really have much in common. Well, they were both pretty attractive (which she hated them for) and insanely pale. "You look nothing alike."

"I wouldn't exactly call him hot. I just called him a drama queen, but you know, every man for his own or whatever that saying is." she cringed a little at the thought of Theo being described as 'hot', though it was kind of funny. But when the girl mentioned 'the cute one', who could only be Claude, Rhea's amusement left her. "Claude?" why was her voice harsh? Why was she reacting this way?

"We're having a…" What was it? Fight? "Disagreement." That was a good word. "Theseus, Claude and I. They're being awfully dramatic." she shrugged. They were, weren't they? "I did something which we have different opinions on, basically they're thinking it's bad and I'm thinking it's not." she tried to keep her answers vague, busying herself by talking another large gulp from the bottle.

The taste was growing on her. But she wasn't sure if that was because it was actually becoming good (which she doubted) or because it made a good distraction.
