Biography

History: Winry was born to a long line of jewelers on her mother's side, and a line of politicians on her father's. A great deal of pressure has been put on her since she was young to follow in one of her parents' footsteps. She was homeschooled up until late, and, thus, hasn't had any friends. The only "friends" she's had were the children of her parents' business associates, and they weren't exactly the kindest of companions.

At the age of ten, her parents enrolled her in private swimming lessons to keep her weight down, and she fell in love with the sport since. Unfortunately, being athletic wasn't something that was deemed "appropriate" for a young lady, and any and all physical activities that left her doused in sweat was frowned upon by her parents.

A year later, her little sister, Sylvia, was born. It took a few years before Winry learned she was a little demon of a baby.
Personality By nature, Winry's a very athletic teen. She loves sports, especially swimming and soccer. By upbringing, she's a quiet, obedient girl who lives by the saying "be seen and not heard". She lacks confidence in herself, and is very scared of making decisions on her own since all of her decisions had been made for her. Social interactions in her childhood had been limited, and, thus, she doesn't know how to act around her peers.
